For refunds, please contact us at email@example.com within 14 days from the date of receive along with your order number and reason for refund*. If your items are damaged, do send us a picture for proof. We will get in touch with you within 1 working day once we have received your refund request.
We do offer replacement or returns to us.

Our refund Policy:
1) Applicable to online orders made through our official websites.
2) Order cannot be canceled once shipment is arranged.
3) Only defective products are allowed for refund.
4) Any orders damaged via transit or custom clearance, we will offer refund via Reward Points.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
